Avail introduces personalized advertising solution for e-commerce

Avail today announced the launch of a new personalized advertising solution, “Avail for Advertising”, built on its proprietary advertising and merchandising technology platform.

The new solution enables retailers to tailor their online advertising to each individual shopper, based on what they know about their interests. Instead of displaying the same ad every time, Avail’s technology is able to select which of the retailer’s products are most likely to interest an individual consumer and create a personalized advertising banner accordingly, in realtime. The benefit is higher click-through rates, conversion rates, and average order values, compared to unpersonalized advertising. As the shopper clicks through to the site, Avail’s on-site personalized merchandising continues to guide the shopper to the most relevant products, creating a seamless personalized shopping experience.

To ensure retailers are able to quickly take advantage of this new advance in e-commerce technology, Avail has also launched a new “Managed Avail Campaigns” service, where the company offers to design and execute complete advertising campaigns on behalf of its clients. As part of the service, Avail also procures all media space needed, and clients only pay a commission on the actual sales generated.

Avail also announced the company has already signed seven “Managed Avail Campaigns” customers across Europe.
